Emons Spedition consolidating its Europe network with new locations in Poland and Czech Republic

27.07.2010 – With its new locations at Świdnica, Poland and Brno, Czech Republic, Emons Spedition is consolidating its Europe transport network, thus boosting its European activities. Within the scope of its product Emons Europa Express®, it is offering for both countries a 24-hour service, plus transit time.

New Czech network created

In addition to its Brno location, Emons has further branch establishments in Chomutov, Děčín, Plzen and Sokolov. The five locations work closely together and form the strategic Czech network, which is dovetailed with the Europe network, enabling Emons to offer a ground-covering 48-hour service with daily departures and, upon request, the product Emons Europa Express® for the Czech Republic.

Daily to Poland as well

Within the scope of the extensions to its Europe network, Emons Spedition in 1996 started building up transports to Poland, inter alia, with high-performing Polish logistics companies. In 2005, this development culminated in the foundation of its own company in Zgorzelec.

Thanks to a steady rise in demand, a new location at Świdnica was set up in 2010. As in the Czech Republic, the two branch establishments in Poland, too, form part of Emons’ Europe network. This enables Poland to be reached daily within a regular runtime of 48 hours. For certain regions in Poland, a 24-hour service is possible as well.
