Ever since the company was set up customer satisfaction and quality-aware action are our guiding principles. The high quality standard of our services is based on an integrated management system. Based on TQM, this is geared toward the needs of our customers and toward international standards that are accepted worldwide.

• Shipment control, to ensure completeness and identity, and to detect any noticeable outward damage, at each interface
• Decentralized quality departments in every branch
• Regular quality circles in every branch
• Central quality commissioner as part of a quality team
• Regular employee training schemes at all levels
• Video-controlled handling halls in all branches
• Internal and external auditing

The systematic implementation and further development of Emons’ quality-management scheme is reflected in our loss ratio which has been around a value of some two per mil – that’s below the sector’s general average – for years.
