Based on TQM, this is geared toward the needs of our customers and toward international standards that are accepted worldwide.

- Video-controlled handling halls in all branches
- Internal and external auditing
The systematic implementation and further development of Emons’ quality-management scheme is reflected in our loss ratio which has been around a value of some two per mil – that’s below the sector’s general average - for years.
