Emons in brief, December 2010

Emons Spedition includes Tours as destination in French network
Among the destinations in France are the most important economic hubs, like Belfort, Colmar, Lyon, Nancy, Paris and Strasbourg. Since 18.10.2010, there has also been direct daily groupage traffic between Germany and Tours (and vice versa). Please find further information on Emons’ traffic to France here: Verkehre zwischen Deutschland und Frankreich (Traffic between Germany and France)

International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) publishes 2010 Incoterms
The 2010 Incoterms have been in force since 1.1.2011 and govern the division of transport costs, the passage of risks and details of transactions in national and international purchases. They are not provisions of statute, but arrangements similar to general business terms and conditions that may be agreed between seller and buyer. Please find further information on the English-language Incoterms Website, but also in the German-language Wikipedia Lexikon. The Incoterms can be ordered on the ICC-Website.
